• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and stay informed on industry trends.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and refine the strategic product roadmap for the Airlearn App.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and document comprehensive product requirements and user stories.
• Support the full product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features that meet defined quality standards.
• Leverage data to inform decisions by analyzing user metrics and contributing to A/B testing efforts.
• Participate in user-centered design discussions and help oversee product design and usability testing processes.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of gamified features.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including collaboration on marketing strategies and launch coordination.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to the product team for ongoing app improvement and feature enhancement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong passion for educational technology and gamified learning experiences.
• Min 10+ years of experience in product management
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and contribute to decision-making.
• Experience building a B2C product in its 0 to 1 phase.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
