Your Responsibilities

As a Sr Product Manager for Programmatic in Roundel team, you will be driving relationship management with key programmatic platforms. You will identify emerging trends in programmatic media and ad tech to ensure product offerings remain competitive and innovative. In this role, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent domain experience in ad tech programmatic space
  • Experience working with platforms like TTD, DV360, Xandr Curate and other programmatic platforms and their tool stack is preferred
  • Strong technical experience across campaign lifecycle, including campaign management, optimization, measurement and reporting; with the ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
  • Demonstrated ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
  • Curiosity and passion for problem solving
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Operations, Product, and Technology
  • Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, initiatives, and product improvements based on market needs and revenue potential.
  • Ability to ensure alignment with legal, compliance, and privacy standards, particularly around user data and ad tracking.
