• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the motor domain.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality motor insurance products.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities within the motor insurance space.
• Develop user stories and use cases to guide product development.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in the motor insurance sector.
• Analyze consumption data on a daily/weekly basis to improve solutions.
• Regularly monitor client performance and collaborate on innovative improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance, financing, claims processing, regulations, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
