• Create comprehensive PRDs and user stories that clearly communicate product requirements, acceptance criteria, and business value
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to build a world class TMS
• Conduct thorough user acceptance testing and solicit customer feedback to validate solutions
• Analyze product usage metrics and user behavior patterns to identify improvement opportunities
• Prioritize features and improvements based on data-driven insights and business impact
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand market demands and gather voice-of-customer feedback
• Drive continuous product improvement through regular retrospectives and iteration cycles

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, logistics technology, or supply chain solutions
• Demonstrated experience writing clear product requirements and working effectively with engineering teams
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand API architectures and integration challenges
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools
• Experience with agile product development methodologies
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Whimsical, or similar
• Knowledge of transportation management systems or logistics operations is preferred but not required
• Experience gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product decisions
