Your Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for UPI payments products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
Drive product development from conception to launch, including defining features, prioritizing requirements, and overseeing implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Define and track key performance metrics, analyzing data to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, payment networks, regulators, and technology partners, to drive product adoption and compliance.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to UPI payments, and incorporate insights into product strategy and development. Being a dynamic organization, role will keep evolving based on appetite and performance.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven track record of success in product management, with at least 4 years of experience in payments or fintech, preferably with a focus on UPI.
Strong understanding of the UPI ecosystem, including regulations, technical standards, and competitive landscape.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, combined with a bias for action and results.
Experience managing complex projects and driving consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset, with a relentless focus on delivering value to users and driving business growth.
