Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap across field operations, order fulfillment, delivery tracking, partner tools, and SAP integration layers
Approach every problem with first-principles thinking — breaking down complex operations to reimagine scalable solutions
Champion user research and service design methodologies to build for diverse personas: delivery staff, contractors, designers, warehouse teams, and homeowners
Use a data-informed approach to drive product decisions — balancing intuition with deep cohort insights, funnel diagnostics, and impact simulations
Create rapid feedback loops through prototypes, usability testing, and structured pilots before scaling
AI-First Process Innovation:
Apply AI/ML techniques to predict delays, auto-escalate site issues, and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks
Introduce automation and data-driven decision systems to reduce rework, defect rates, and site-level dependencies
Use GenAI and intelligent workflows to improve Ops team productivity and reduce manual decision-making
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with Business, Ops, Customer Experience, Franchising, and Finance teams to align on goals and KPIs
Translate real-world operations challenges into scalable, tech-first solutions used by 1000+ Project Managers, Designers, Vendors & Delivery Members.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's of Technology/MBA or equivalent degree programme
5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building Ops-Tech or PartnerTech products
Ability to work in high-velocity, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership
Experience in consumer-tech or high-growth startups is a bonus
