Your Responsibilities

  • Learn from our prospects and customers – sales professionals – to understand their needs and pain points, and identify the most valuable problems to be solved
  • Set the vision, strategy and roadmap to drive Growth for the Sales Navigator in partnership with your cross functional teams, making tough prioritization tradeoffs when needed
  • Make a big impact by defining requirements and shipping a steady cadence of experiments, product improvements, and new features – from quick wins to big bets.
  • Balance speed of learning with quality and scalability, and bring clarity to evaluating learnings from experiments.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, critically the ‘so what’ in how this impacts your own direction.
  • Empower and motivate a diverse cross-functional team across design, engineering, product marketing, and data, as well as other product teams across LinkedIn.
  • Clearly communicate learnings to our users and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Growth including mobile and acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in product planning, development and launch; strong analytical skills and aptitude for design
  • Energetic, solution-oriented mindset in the face of challenges
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse, cross-functional teams, bringing resourcefulness and grit
  • Team player with a growth mindset, driven to make an impact
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, bringing clarity and making tough decisions when needed
  • Strong understanding of recent developments in sales tech, LLMs, and product-led growth
