• Strong technical background to understand and prioritise the needs of developers and can shape the vision for a strong technology platform - you’re a PM by trade, but love geeking out over great technical ideas from time to time
• You love obsessing over your users, and working directly with partners, developers, engineering and design to craft delightful experiences
• You think strategically, but do not shy away from getting down in the weeds to help team make day-to-day decisions to move product forward
• Experience defining and driving towards key business success metrics by translating vision into results
• A track record of building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organisation.
