About

SoSafe

We’re on a mission to boost digital self-defence, driving secure behavior at scale. We’re leaders in the field because behavioral science and learning psychology are in our DNA — over 30% of our team comes from social science or psychology backgrounds.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll work closely with your team’s Trio (Product Manager, Designer, Engineer) to achieve your team’s goals. This is the most important relationship you’ll have.
  • You’ll define the direction and roadmap of your team. You’ll collaborate with others (like our Learning, Simulation, and Workflow teams) to ensure your direction is coherent.
  • You’ll own Sofie, our integration with Microsoft Teams, and build that channel into your thinking.
  • You’ll deeply understand the pains of your customers, define the problems we’ll solve, and work with your team to build solutions that have real impact.
  • You’ll ship early and often, learning as you go. You’ll care deeply about the outcomes you do (and don’t!) achieve.
  • You’ll collaborate with your leadership team on our overall product strategy, and you’ll be a motivating voice within SoSafe for the direction we’re taking.
  • We aim to make every week count. You’ll have a strong voice within the Product Management team, helping the entire group to improve incrementally every week

Required Skills and Experience

  • You’re an established Senior Product Manager with several years of experience conceiving, building, and shipping impactful software products.
  • You’re comfortable working in a high complexity product area and handling ambiguity effectively and can demonstrate this with your experience in other roles.
  • You also have experience of working on a product that involves machine learning/AI, rules/automation, or workflow orchestration.
  • You’re highly collaborative and bias for action and experimentation. You’re a natural context sharer and force for momentum.
  • There are a few things that are highly beneficial, but not essential, for this role:
  • A background in behavioral science, social sciences, or psychology.
  • Experience of working on products with messaging, notification, or collaboration components.
  • Experience of integrating with third party services (eg. Slack or Microsoft Teams).

Benefits:

  • 33 vacation days
  • Flexible hours
  • State-of-the-art tech
  • Annual company off-site
  • Networking events
  • Referral Bonus
  • Learning & Development Allowance
  • Healthcare: OpenUp
