Your Responsibilities

  • Driving the overall product vision, strategy, and user requirements that will fuel user growth and product evolutions
  • Leading cross-functional teams in delivering quality products, and making appropriate trade-offs
  • Continuously deliver advances in the product by executing against the product roadmap, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive offerings and how they impact consumer choices and preferences, and how they should influence the products
  • Constant focus on user feedback and actioning insights to drive product improvements.
  • Defining product success metrics and analyzing product performance by driving the product agenda with Engineering Design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver!
  • Drive the realization of the product by delivering against a robust and visionary roadmap.
  • KPI driven decision making
  • Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.

Required Skills and Experience

Education - Graduate/ Post Graduate, MBA desired; undergraduate degree is a must, technical degree highly preferred

Overall Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in payments and/or driving subscriptions, must understand Digital payments ecosystem, experience in working with Engineering, Design teams and Payment gateway partners. 6+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years’ experience with consumer Internet or Web-based technology products and services.

Desirable experience - Managing Product in Digital Video Platform
