• Develop and execute the product roadmap for Payments, aligning with company goals.
• Define KPIs and own metrics like conversion rates, payment success, fraud rate, and refunds.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, business, design, data science, finance, policy, and external payment providers.
• Identify and integrate new payment methods tailored to customer preferences in different markets.
• Work with fraud and risk teams to improve transaction safety and minimize chargebacks.
• Drive continuous improvements in the checkout UX to reduce friction and payment stage dropoffs
• Ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, GIAP etc.)
• Analyze user behavior and transaction data to derive insights and prioritize features.

3–7 years of product management experience, in payments platform in an e-commerce or fintech.

• Strong understanding of payment processing flows, gateways, wallets, UPI, cards, and global/local payment methods.
• Experience with APIs, backend services, and working closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL or Python/R and has working knowledge of systems and data architecture
• Proven track record of shipping successful products in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks around payments is a plus.
