The Copilot Ecosystem Team is building the next wave of AI solutions on the Microsoft 365 Copilot platform. Our mission is clear: transform how the world works using AI and rewire human productivity for the next 30 years. Our team is designing and building innovative AI agents on the Copilot platform, including agent templates for makers as well as more bespoke solutions in partnership with leading companies like Dow, Visa, Air India, ServiceNow, Adobe, and Cohere.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product designers, architects, executives, and end-users from leading AI companies and solution providers.
  • Pitch AI agents' potential to transform business processes in new industries and innovative problem spaces.
  • Lead scenario envisioning and UX+technical design to build and ship Copilot platform solutions; advise on GTM/adoption and evolving product and portfolio strategy.
  • Serve as a key expert for Copilot platform capabilities; train, advise, and guide customers and partners on technical capabilities, solution design, and AI platform strategy.
  • Develop and drive engagement programs to enable “hockey stick” ecosystem growth based on designed scenarios.
  • Capture, frame, and drive key product insights and developer ecosystem signals from the market to shape the future of Microsoft AI platform, apps, and developer toolset.
  • Research, contextualize, prototype, and evangelize frontier technology trends to drive long-term product shifts.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product management, software architecture, and/or software development.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience building/designing AI applications and agents, including use of conversational UX, agent frameworks, and platforms like GPT and Copilot.
  • Demonstrated technical depth with solutions leveraging generative AI, LLMs, or cloud services architecture through shipped products or solutions.
  • Track record of success in planning and delivering commercial SaaS or enterprise technology solutions from pitch and envisioning to pilot and adoption.
  • Experience presenting and explaining product and technology topics in-depth to executive and technical audiences.
