Your Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Analysis:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
    • Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities across the customer journey (acquisition, activation, retention, referral). Good understanding of tools such as Clevertap, Appsflyer, Google Analytics etc to understand user behavior and segmentation
    • Conduct A/B testing, user research/feedback/surveys and other experimentation methodologies to optimize product features and user experiences for growth.
    • Track and measure key growth metrics (e.g., customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), conversion rates, retention rates) and report on progress towards goals.
  • User Acquisition & Retention:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Improve user acquisition by optimizing product features, content, and personalization strategies.
    • Develop and implement product features that drive user retention and encourage repeat purchases.
    • Create targeted automated email and push notification campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage existing customers.
    • Analyze user churn and identify areas for improvement to reduce customer churn.
  • Product Roadmap & Prioritization:
    • Work cross-functionally with product design, engineering, and marketing teams to prioritize product features and initiatives based on their growth potential.
    • Develop and manage the product roadmap with a focus on growth initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce growth.
    • Continuously identify and test new growth opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Leverage data analytics tools and platforms to extract insights and inform growth strategies.
    • Work closely with the data science team to develop and implement data-driven experiments.
    • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Btech in any stream /MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce user acquisition, retention, and growth principles.
  • Experience with user behavior analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of the current market landscape.
