• Partner with cross-product, cross-team, cross-geo to successfully launch multilingual products, to drive adoption and be the catalyst to make global customers successful.
• Be the business owner for your areas. Identify new opportunities & translate them into actionable priorities to deliver our GenAI/ML based content generation, translation & transcreation platform vision.
• Serve as a product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with other product managers, engineering, design, marketing stakeholders.
• Creatively transform business requirements into outstanding user experiences.
• Be the driver for prioritization of the roadmap along with engineering management and program management leading to clearly defined business outcomes.
• Practice data-driven decision making. Gather intel, define & manage metrics to measure success. Partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations based on insights.
• Serve as a product evangelist with customers, and internal stakeholders, vendors, and be the customer advocate to help drive strategy and roadmap prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Deliver compelling presentations to executives, business partners, and end-users.
• Innovate and experiment with top-line/bottom-line driving business outcomes.
• 2-3 years of product management experience, with a track record of driving initiatives from conception to completion, launching successful SaaS, AI/ML-based products.
• Self-starter, natural curiosity and pro-active, persistent work style.
• Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric approach to product development.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and ability to align stakeholders to changes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form and maintain close relationships with distributed teams.
• Good understanding and hands on exposure to AI/ML. Ability to identify use cases that lend themselves to being re-imagined in the fast-paced world of AI/Gen AI, narrow down to the right ML techniques, training sets, and test harness that would eventually result into a significant value for the end customer.
• B.Tech/BE and MBA from top-tier institutes (2years, full-time)
