This role requires someone who can drive user adoption, revenue growth, platform modernization, cost discipline, and delivery excellence while working deeply with engineering teams.
This is a hands-on product leadership role that will play a key part in scaling our digital platforms and transforming them into revenue-generating, customer-loved products.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Own product roadmap aligned to business growth, customer outcomes, and platform modernization goals
- Translate business objectives into clear epics, features, and measurable outcomes
- Define and maintain product OKRs, KPIs, and north-star metrics
2. Metrics, Adoption & Business Outcomes - Own and track product success metrics, including:
- User adoption & engagement
- Conversion funnels & retention
- Revenue per user / per client
- Feature utilization
- Cost-to-serve and platform efficiency
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve adoption, monetization and operational efficiency
3. Revenue & Cost Accountability
- Drive revenue enablement features, pricing levers, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Work with finance and leadership to support:
- Revenue forecasting
- Cost capitalization (CapEx / OpEx planning)
- ROI measurement for product initiatives
4. Engineering Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
- Partner deeply with engineering teams to:
- Convert roadmap into delivery commitments
- Own backlog prioritization and sprint outcomes
- Ensure on-time, on-scope, high-quality releases
- Actively manage dependencies, risks, and delivery health
5. Stakeholder Management & Turnaround Leadership
- Drive alignment across business, sales, operations, compliance, and engineering
- Build strong stakeholder buy-in through crisp documentation, business cases, and executive updates
- Take ownership of turnaround initiatives — fixing low adoption, broken workflows, legacy tech debt, and underperforming features
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of product management experience in B2B / SaaS / enterprise platforms
- Strong product fundamentals – PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, OKRs, metrics, and backlog ownership
- Proven ability to drive user adoption, revenue outcomes, and delivery predictability
- Experience working closely with engineering teams (Agile / Scrum / Kanban)
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with metrics, funnels, and financial models
- Excellent written & verbal communication – can influence CXOs, sales, and tech teams
Good to Have:
- Experience in HRTech / FinTech / GovTech / RegTech / Platforms / Marketplaces
- Exposure to pricing, monetization, and platform modernization programs
- Prior experience in turning around underperforming products or modules
Behavioral Expectations:
- High ownership and accountability
- Data-driven decision maker
- Outcome-focused, not output-focused
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Strong sense of urgency and bias for action
