• Lead the product management team for AEM Guides.
• Work closely with marketing, customers, partners, and industry experts to perform customer, industry, and competitive analyses to define the near-term and long-term business strategy.
• Work with executives within Adobe to champion product vision and strategy
• Work with multiple internal business stakeholders to drive product strategy - marketing, sales, and cross-Adobe product management.
• Work closely with engineering & design teams to define product requirements and specs and review the product design.
• Work with multiple external stakeholders to expand product adoption - customers, partners, customer success, solutions consulting, and system integrators.

• Graduate degree in Computer Science and MBA or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of proven experience leading a team of PMs and 8+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to be able to coordinate sophisticated projects.
• Ability to create and manage strategic partnerships with both internal and external business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of defining product vision, and strategy and delivering successful products.
• Experience in managing software products and experience of having full product ownership.
• Strong communication and social skills and ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams.
