Your Responsibilities

  • Strategically guide the product vision by leveraging your in-depth understanding of the market, audience, users, and opportunities, translating these insights into strategic actions, executable plans, and a dynamic product roadmap. You will:
  • Utilize multiple qualitative and quantitative inputs including industry research, product analytics, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to build a strategy that elevates Gametime's positioning in the market and solves customer needs in a differentiated and compelling way
  • Establish a new spirit and process for fast, iterative, customer based learning to accelerate product findings and velocity throughout the development lifecycle
  • Define and drive the roadmap for our mobile app and/or web experiences
  • Direct the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Establish the business case and articulate product specifications for new feature development to all stakeholders
  • Partner with Product Design to elevate the customer experience
  • Guide product analysts to interpret consumer behavior and A/B test findings with multiple variables at play
  • Build a new collaboration model across Engineering, Data Science, QA, and Operations to design an efficient and high quality development cycle and ensure technical, quantitative, and operational inputs are taken into account in the product strategy
  • Champion best practices across the organization

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer-facing software product management
  • 2+ years experience in leading consumer products
  • Ability to create Best of Class product definition
  • Ability to quickly understand product and market dynamics
  • You excel at translating customer conversations into actionable opportunities
  • Proven expertise in customer research methodologies
  • Strong sense of design; passion for the customer and exceptional user experiences
  • Familiarity with mobile technologies; ReactNative is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong data-driven arguments, prioritize with business strategy in mind, and evangelize projects to build consensus within an organization
  • Team player with a track record of building strong, cross-functional working relationships focused on team performance, rather than on individual success
  • Nice to haves: Experience with retail marketplaces, delivery services, online travel agencies, or mobile gaming
