Your Responsibilities
Market Intelligence: Own competitive intelligence and market research. Work with Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial to translate clinical outcomes, product features, and differentiators into clear, impactful value propositions.
Sales Enablement: Craft compelling product narratives that resonate with prospects and clients across employers, brokers, and health plans. Enable sales and client success teams with personas, battlecards, case study selections, and playbooks.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product Management, and Sales & Client Success to lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns.
Strategy & Leadership: Serve as a thought partner to the Product and Growth leadership teams. Use market and client insights to shape roadmap prioritization and long-term positioning
Required Skills and Experience
Experience: 7–10 years in B2B2C product or partner marketing, ideally within digital health, health plans, or benefits platforms
