Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:Own strategy, execution, and delivery for Tinder’s primary swipe experience—one of the most iconic user flows in mobile apps globally

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver high-quality product experiences at scale
  • Lead a team of PMs and contribute hands-on to product development, from vision to specs to shipping and iteration
  • Be the driving force behind the execution of a focused roadmap of transformational product updates this year
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to ensure your team’s work ladders up to broader company goals
  • Help shape the culture and craft of product development at Tinder through mentorship and strategic guidance

    • Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in high-growth consumer tech
  • A strong track record building and scaling consumer-facing products; experience in consumer social is a strong plus
  • Proven success delivering mobile-first experiences with high user engagement and UX quality
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and high-stakes execution
  • Strong product instincts and the ability to balance strategic vision with executional detail
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes, not just deliver features—with metrics to support your impact
