This is an exciting position in the EDDS – Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions team in Gurgaon. Team is the business owner of the marketing capabilities / technologies required to expand and deepen relationships with existing customers. The candidate would be part of the Product Team for Customer Engagement Evidence Data Layer. CEE is Big Data based platform currently and will be on LUMI in future. It aims at providing data solutions to enterprise-wide marketing teams to enable effective card member marketing offer targeting basis their interaction with Amex. Specific activities will include working closely with business and technology partners to define Business requirements, designing process and engaging stakeholders to drive change management.
We are looking for a candidate with proficiency in Hive, Spark, GCP and Hadoop along with capability/ product management and project management.
• Create, enhance and manage the organized data layer for marketing use cases on Big Data Platform
• Develop understanding of Card member data in marketing processes and leveraging the same to define and transform the data
• Collaborate with partners across business units to understand the business objectives, convert it to data requirements and provide quality solutions that meet partner requirements
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case level
• Identify and implement the opportunities to enhance process efficiency through increased standardization and automation, in order to reduce manual effort
