• Strategic Leadership: Lead the product management team to define and execute the product roadmap, focusing on enhancing the customer journey and ensuring alignment with business objectives related to customer trust, satisfaction and loyalty
• .Responsible Gaming Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of features, policies, and tools that ensure player well-being for our games. Define products to balance player engagement with ethical gaming practices, ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting sustainable gameplay. Use data and behavioral signals to identify at-risk users and design interventions to minimize harm
• .Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience through data-driven insights, feedback analysis, and personalized interactions
• Feedback Management: Implement systems for collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback, driving continuous improvement in product features and services

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior product manager role
• Proven experience in driving customer satisfaction, experience improvement, and loyalty, particularly within digital products or services
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement product strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences and long-term customer value
• Excellent product management skills and experience handling cross-functional initiatives
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities and trends
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel metrics, and behavioral design
