Problem Statement :

Build an AI Agent using Lyzr AI Studio that enhances the effectiveness or productivity of a Product Manager. Tackle one or more specific, concrete tasks from a product manager's daily workflow related to product insights, planning, requirements, or automation

Examples of Tasks You Could Tackle:

  • Analyze Feedback: Structurally analyze raw user feedback for root causes.
  • Refine PRDs: Detect ambiguous or open points in a Product Requirements Document.
  • Generate Metrics: Suggest relevant metrics for a specific product or feature.
  • Brainstorm Hypotheses: Generate potential reasons why a key metric might be declining.
  • Automate Feedback Routing: Automatically send user feedback to the correct team (Design, Engineering, etc.).

Why This Matters:
Product Managers often juggle detailed execution tasks, like writing specs or managing backlogs. At the same time, they face the constant need to communicate progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure overall alignment. This operational load detracts from crucial strategic thinking and user focus. Think of how we can leverage AI, simplify specific workflows and allow PMs more time for higher-impact activities.

Deliverables

Submit a presentation deck (maximum 15 slides) covering the following:

  1. Problem Breakdown: How you understand the problem statement and define the specific scope of problem your agent solves.
  2. User Persona & Workflow: Briefly describe the target PM user and how/when they would interact with your agent.
  3. Solution Overview: Explain what your agent does and how it solves the problem to any extent.
  4. Architecture & Agent Design: Describe how your agent is built - Architecture, decision making by the agent, prompts etc.
  5. Demo: Provide clear screenshots and/or a link to a working demo/video of your agent in action.
  6. Agent Evaluation: Explain how you will evaluate and measure the potential success of your agent.
  7. Future Roadmap: Briefly suggest how your agent could evolve with more features, data, or integrations.

Judging Criteria

1. Problem Definition & Scope - 10 Points

  • How clearly is the specific problem defined, including the target user pain points? Is the scope of the agent's intended responsibilities well-defined ?

2. Value Proposition & User Experience (UX) - 10 Points

  • How significant is the value the agent provides to the target PM user? Does it address a high-impact problem effectively? How intuitive and easy to use is the agent's interface and interaction?

3. Technical Build & Workflow Clarity - 10 Points

  • How effective is the agent technically? What is the depth of decision making in the agent? Is the internal workflow, key logic, prompts and architecture clearly explained and logical?

4. Scalability, Adoption & Future Potential - 10 Points

  • How well does the prototype handle its defined scope, considering potential variations? How feasible is user adoption? Does the solution demonstrate potential for future scaling, improvement, and real-world integration?
