In this workshop, Shishir takes us through the initial-steps of hiring & forming great cadence in the product teams that helps drive basic principles of product management.
Shishir discusses what makes a top-performing product development team. He shares anecdotes from his time running product, design, and engineering at YouTube and beyond. Shishir also shares insights about how to build your “operating system”––a set of differentiating processes across your company, teams, and individuals--while keeping your audience and growth in mind. The talk is suitable for anyone in the product space, from experienced product leaders and startup founders to PMs that are early in their career. He also talks about how to design a rhythm like we design our products and understand the PSHE phase ,i.e, Problem, Solution, How & Execution.
