Career Milestones

Headed the product vision, strategy and execution at 2 Indian Startup Unicorns - BYJU'S and Hike. Helped transform BYJU'S into an education technology company setting up its product, design, analytics, technology orgs and built products that helped it scale from $140M to over $8B in value in under 5 years. Led product management at Zynga India and help it scale, while the company navigated its journey from pre to post-IPO. Happy to have mentored and guided many bright product managers, designers and related product teams over the last decade who are all contributing and adding value to the Indian startup ecosystem in various ways.

Organization and You

BYJU'S mission of helping students across the world discover the joy of learning has always been fascinating and heart warming. As a parent, building products that my child uses and benefits from is an added plus. For all product builders, the holy grail is to build potentially life - changing products that enters the lives of millions of our target users. The sheer reach, scale, impact and relevance of edtech products for a technology/mobile first generation of young learners is helping me learn, unlearn and relearn different aspects of product building each day. It is exciting to see an Indian company and its set of products evolve to cater to the needs of learners not just from India but also from across the world. It is a humbling and enriching experience that has been completely aligned to my own personal goals.
