What accomplishment in your product management career has brought you the highest level of satisfaction and joy? Can you narrate why?

Helping my team  grow while making business and social impact because my value system puts  people front and centre followed by impact.

What aspect of product management did you struggle the most with? How did you overcome it?

Team silos. The way  we have broken these silos is by having shared goals between different teams.

What's one common myth about product management that you find common among aspiring PMs?

You need a specific  background or aptitude to be a PM. Nothing couldn't be far from truth.

What are some common pitfalls that product managers must be aware of?

Being in love with a  solution and not customers' pain point or need

If not product management, what career would you have picked? Are there any complimentary skillsets that you see between being a PM and your alternate choice?

Mentoring/Consulting/Teaching. Mentoring folks to grow in their career and learn functional competencies  comes extremely handy to leaders looking at growing their teams and impact.

What is something about product management that you wish you knew when you started out?

Data and design are helpful, but research can change the game.
