Organization and You

The growth of the SaaS space has been very exciting and I've been riding the wave with Chargebee for ~4 years now. Knowing that there are so many more problems that are unsolved is the biggest motivation right now :)

Core Competencies

Being a non-techie, I stayed away from the tech/solution space and focused more on the problem space. I've always been curious about UI/UX and user behaviour.
Customer Obsession - Still figuring out the right mix.
Execution obsession - Get things done. Shipping a feature/product > getting it right the first time itself.

I follow tech news a lot - Product launches, Keynotes especially to witness how the value of a product is being conveyed to the audience/user.
Twitter has been a great source of inspiration - so many PMs and leaders sharing their learnings and achievements.
