● Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for core shopping experiences across mobile
and web platforms.
● Deliver delightful, frictionless, and high-conversion journeys from product discovery to checkout.
● Work closely with design, engineering, analytics, growth, and operations to define and ship
impactful features.
● Use data, experimentation, and user research to continuously improve KPIs like NPS, conversion,
bounce rate, and average order value.
● Develop scalable systems for search, recommendations, and merchandising to improve
personalization and product relevance.
● Influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead product planning, sprint execution, and release
cycles with clarity and urgency.
● Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, contributing to broader product vision and
growth strategies.
● 5–9 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in consumer tech,
e-commerce, or mobile-first platforms.
● Proven track record of owning and delivering successful consumer-facing products at scale.
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
● Experience working with agile product development teams and shipping iteratively.
