You will work closely with business and technology teams within this legacy PE firm. Right now, there is a lull, the business has goals, the tech teams have objectives but are they communicating properly? This is where you come in. You will be the communication liaison driving movement and progress on both sides.

You would be directly managing a small team of 3, obtaining a deep understanding of each team’s functions and processes to act as a proxy for the business users to represent their needs in discussions with technology, external vendors and/or other internal groups.

You will be people focused with prior Private Equity/related experience. People management, project management, relational database experience (Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.), proactive forward thinking and strong communication will be skills that will drive your success.
