Your Responsibilities
Co-own and execute the product vision and strategy in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership.
Define and drive product roadmaps aligned with company OKRs and business outcomes.
Lead long-term product planning by identifying key opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Regularly engage with client sites to uncover user needs and translate them into product requirements.
Champion a customer-centric, data-informed approach across the product lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or product design in cross-functional teams.
2+ years of experience directly managing and coaching PMs with tangible coaching outcomes.
Proven success in leading and launching global B2B products; experience with hardware-integrated solutions is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
Deep expertise in product discovery, user research, and validation methodologies.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies; experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD fundamentals.
Up to date with user interface design principles and usability best practices.
Clear, compelling communicator who can tailor messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Confident storyteller with the ability to align and influence diverse stakeholders.
Pragmatic and inspirational leader with a track record of setting direction and fostering high trust.
