Our flagship processing platform - Zeta Tachyon - has been built ground-up in the last seven years and is the industry’s first modern, cloud-native, and fully API-enabled stack that brings together acquiring, issuance, processing, lending, core banking, fraud & risk, and many more capabilities as a single-vendor stack. 15M+ cards have been issued on our platform globally.

The 10th largest financial institution in the world by valuation - HDFC Bank - with over 40 million retail Customers, is migrating credit cards, debit cards, deposits, loans, and all of their retail banking from Fiserv and Oracle Flexcube to Zeta over the next four years.

In addition, we are currently migrating a large US issuer with 6m+ cards onto the Zeta Tachyon platform. Also, we are in advanced discussions with various Top issuers with combined card volumes of 25 million+ cards.

The Role
You'll be working closely with the Zeta leadership, data platform team & Plutus product team to build products that bring business intelligence. Key verticals for this role are -

Data Platform to meet scalable delivery of data products and enabling business verticals with data-driven decision making. Extending the platform later to support customer data platforms where product features can consume insightful customer profiles.

Data Analytics and Insights , which enables functional and business product owners to measure product performance quantitatively and make data driven decisions.

Other data products include experimentation framework, enable in depth feature analytics and one time solution for repeatable data problems.

What is the job like ?

• Define the goals, scope and use cases for the core capability to be built based on goals and metrics.
• Engages with cross-functional stakeholders on enabling delivery, sharing of ideas and approaches, and ensuring alignment towards goal
• Own the roadmap for one or more functional areas of the product
• Apply the lens of strategy, goals and Plutus’s purpose to prioritize problems to solve.
• Slice the capabilities into smaller rapidly shippable features
• Work very closely with Business, Operations, Data platform, Data Analyst, Client and Partner teams to get things done.
• Evangelize and communicate the product plan
• Understand in intricacies along with other stakeholders and navigate through various approach options to deliver an optimal sustainable product

• At least 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role
• Must have previous experience in Data
• Track record of building & shipping high-quality Enterprise or SaaS products with high levels of ownership
• Prior Experience in Payment Systems highly desirable
• Strong Understanding of Data architecture and System Design
• An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Adapting to complex situations with an aim to achieve business goals
• You conceive possibilities, think big picture, but deliver on the details
