• Analyze and estimate the impact of changes to product features and promotional campaigns.
• Derive actionable insights to enhance user experience and optimize marketing initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 4 product analysts, guiding them on project execution and problem-solving approaches.
• Translate insights into well-structured, data-driven project proposals.
• Develop a deep understanding of player behavior to inform business and product strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to implement initiatives and assess their effectiveness post-deployment.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in analytics, preferably in a product-centric environment.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Management, or related disciplines from premier institutions (e.g., IITs, IIMs, ISB, ISI, IIFT, etc.).
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability theory, and segmentation methodologies.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to identify patterns in data and test hypotheses effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
