Mahila Money is a full stack financial products and services platform for women in India. Mahila Money specialises in offering loans to women who want to set up or  grow their own business along with resources and community to achieve their financial goals.

—  Understand the Mahila Money customer segment, their challenges and preferences    

— Help product teams learn about and conduct user research    

— Shape the company's design principles and methodology    

— Design effective, simple and guided experience including UI elements and interactions    

— Partner with product and development teams in design, execution and  delivery of products to ensure usability and usefulness for Mahila Money customers.

— Two to four year experience in the field of user experience design and user research    

— Customer-focus and experience using design research methods to get customer insights    

— Good fundamental understanding of design methodologies and what makes a design good    

— Repertoire of design elements and interactions to derive from    

— Ability to articulate design and design choices to product and dev teams    

— Experience using prototyping tools    

— Awareness of technology constructs (like React, Javascript , HTML/CSS,etc)    

— Ability to work in an agile development lifecycle
