Engage with key segments of prospects and clients to understand and document needs and use cases around fraud detection
Prioritize product and feature development both in the immediate and long term
Own, maintain, and communicate a compelling product roadmap for consumption within the organization and amongst our clients
Work with product, design, and engineering teams to build high-quality product capabilities and deliver consistent product iteration
Align teams and functions at Ocrolus to execute and fulfill an ambitious go-to-market strategy
Develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously and report on milestones and deliverables. Work to achieve quantifiable progress in adoption, usage, quality, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Seek new market opportunities in fraud detection by leveraging Ocrolus’s distinctive competencies in document processing and analysis
Proactively maintain client relationships and internal connections across roles and departments
Strong technical background (either educational or practical work experience).
Strong academic record and evidence of success in structured work environments.
Ability to articulate complex problems to a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
