Your Responsibilities

  • As part of the autonomous team, define product goals in line with OnPoint vision
  • Active contributor in quarterly planning exercise working with stakeholders o Understand customer problems and come up with product hypothesis for value creation
  • Define smaller and meaningful experiments with well-defined success criteria
  • Translate product vision into objectives
  • Manage and prioritize feature roadmaps
  • Translate road map features/hypothesis into PRDs or experimentation documents for software engineering teams to execute
  • Partner with UX designers, technical architects and dev leads for arriving at a technical solution
  • Manage periodic and ad hoc communication with the stakeholders on the progress and interdependencies with other products/teams
  • Phase the delivery of features into manageable chunks by working with technology team and communicate
  • Evaluate product success, communicate and pivot as necessary
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to understand and clarify functional, UX and prioritization queries
  • Be part of product development ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Be available and manage project/feature ambiguities as and when they arise
  • A continuous learner interested in exploring new business challenges, understanding industrial optimization problems, and applying analytics in industrial engineering
  • Beyond just delivering new products, obsessive about continuous product improvement and optimizing for shipping a portfolio of small and medium releases.
  • Aware of and worked in teams following software Engineering practices like Scrum, Kanban etc.
  • Experienced or working in industrial engineering domain and understanding of applying analytics in the industrial engineering
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, UX, Data Science, Engineering, and Support.
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager in an agile/scrum environment in industrial or B2C product companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort in a technology and engineering driven businesses

Required Skills and Experience
