As part of our rapid growth plan, we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Technical Product Analyst to help us across multiple business verticals and products. The role involves creating simple yet effective documentation, and newsletters to help clients integrate quickly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to documentation efforts for assigned products-
  • Produce high-quality content in a standard and consistent manner - Product Documentation, Release Notes (internal & external), ChangeLogs, Newsletters, etc.
  • Write clear and concise technical content - should be intuitive & easy to grasp for our clients across industries.
  • Edit, clarify and proofread documents written by others
  • Make assessments on documentation needs and create a plan to uplift & drive the entire release process with a long-term vision
  • Work with cross-functional teams composed of product managers, developers, solution architects, and business analysts, to gain product knowledge, and to plan, develop, write, and maintain the content
  • Build an embedded rating system open to all viewers (external)
  • Ensuring positive feedback on the Documentation from Customer Success & Product teams (internal)
  • Develop tutorials that align to common customer use cases.
  • Assist with writing code samples and building developer tutorials & video content

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS.
  • Proven working experience in developing software documentation.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English with the proven ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proven ability to grasp complex technical concepts and explain in a simple written form.
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts like APIs, SDK, network and security
