They are focussed on helping enterprises automate a large fraction of goal oriented calls with voice bots. Some of their clients include 2 of the top 5 private banks, large insurance companies and internet service providers in India.
They believe IVRs are dead and so are the long waiting times for call centre agents. 5 years hence, you will almost always be greeted by a virtual agent at a call centre who will understand your transaction history and preferences, your language and dialect, your emotional state and respond to you in a hyper personalised way. They are building this future in 10+ Indian and 6+ global languages with home grown speech stack (both speech to text, and text to speech) and spoken language understanding ability.
Lead customer discovery by interviewing client sponsors for different use-cases to firm vernacular’s hypothesis of going after specific applications
Launch applications to expand vernacular’s offering in target customer verticals
Own customer experience and product quality of applications
Expand the scope of applications to reduce the need for customizations for clients
Partner with marketing team to build collaterals like case studies, demos and technical data-sheets
Set and measures application success metrics and outcomes, and continually optimise processes to make client’s successful
3+ years as a product manager or product / business analyst
Keen eye for detail with very strong analytical skills
Ability to lead via influence as an individual contributor
Experience of working in cross functional teams
High agency and ability to work without waiting for things to be perfect
Huge bonus for having an entrepreneurial experience
