Your Responsibilities

Strategic Product Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy aligned with the company's goals, market trends, and customer requirements within India and the wider APAC region.

Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Product Development Leadership: Provide critical input to the product development process, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, innovative products that meet market demands. Normal product management duties with a focus on products for India, followed by rest of APAC. A secondary role in driving localization of selected Black Box global products for manufacturing /sourcing in India.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with various departments including sales, marketing, engineering and operation, to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies and successful go-to-market plans. Works with global Product line managers. Works closely with sales and key customers

Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance, iterating and optimizing strategies to drive product growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between the APAC market and global product teams, communicating regional insights and requirements while aligning with overarching company objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience: Proven track record (10 years +) in product management within the technology hardware industry, preferably with exposure to the APAC market.

Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic mind-set with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them. Market focussed with drive to bring solutions to match market needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse teams across different geographies and functions.

Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in driving product development initiatives, fostering innovation, and achieving measurable results.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategies swiftly based on evolving market dynamics.
