In order to support our continued growth and success, we are looking for a Product Manager (f/m/d).

Product Discovery (50%)

• owning and driving the product discovery phase collaborating with key stakeholders with an early insight into feasibility; scalability and effectiveness
• being responsible for defining the value proposition and the short/medium/long-term strategic direction of your domain based on in-depth product discovery; existing product performance and market analysis
• making use of internal data and market trends to continuously iterate the value proposition collaborating closely with all stakeholders
• reporting on product strategy progress in relation to the business goals using effective storytelling and data
• researching and sharing market insights with key internal stakeholders proactively
• collaborating with marketing regarding messaging; competitive advantages and market differentiators
• producing and sharing well written high-level requirements on a regular basis that can be used as the basis for elaboration by the delivery teams

Stakeholder engagement (30%)

• being responsible for identifying and engaging the right stakeholders to drive successful product delivery and launches
• supporting the Sales team with pre-sales initiatives to understand firsthand what our customers need from Alteos to be successful
• describing our customers characteristics and pain points accurately to internal stakeholders in order to influence the development of the right products and service design to serve our customers
• being the central point of contact across the organisation for your product to address queries

Product Delivery (20%)

• supporting the Product Manager in your corresponding Product Delivery team with well written high-level requirements
• swiftly removing blockers to ensure the smooth delivery of products
• being the Product Delivery team’s champion articulating delivery successes and how this has an impact on the business strategy

• have good oral and written communication skills and can effectively articulate your ideas and influence outcomes
• love to deliver great customer experiences by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring the best products to the market
• have a keen eye for details and are able to multitask
• have prior experience as a Product Manager and enjoy producing quality documentation and detailed requirements
• are a keen learner and enjoy sharing knowledge with your colleagues contributing to developing and maintaining a learning organisation
• have experience using product management tools like Jira and Confluence and usual office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint
• been working in a similar role for a minimum of 4 years
