Flipkart and Polygon Companies have entered into a strategic partnership to set up a Blockchain-eCommerce Centre of Excellence (CoE)

The Centre will focus on research and development for e-commerce in Web3 and the metaverse, exploring the next iteration of shopping and being online. Through the partnership with Polygon and the new Blockchain-Commerce COE, Flipkart is exploring the ways Web3 will redefine the future of commerce, consumption, and value creation, and transform the shopping experiences for millions of users.

Your Responsibilities

APM/Product Ops
   
   In this role, you will
   
   - Plan, coordinate, and drive feature development from customer requests and tickets.
   - Make sure user-facing teams are ready with the information and processes required to support new products.
   - Work with user-facing teams (and in some cases with users directly) to collect, quantify & communicate product-related challenges
   - Translate feedback into specs, wireframes, and stories for product and engineering teams
   - Uplevel the understanding of how the product is being used in the real world.
   - Actively keep track of what your team is building, and pave the way for smoother future rollouts to customers

PM1

   We are looking for someone with deep analytical and problem-solving skills to join our Product Team!
   
  In this role, you will
   
   - Own the long-term product roadmap for your domain
   - Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and refine your roadmap
   - Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to manage your product through the full development lifecycle
   - Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused platform solutions
   - Analyze data and conduct customer research to understand and improve product performance
   - Talking to users to better understand their needs and motivations.

PM2/SPM
   
   In this role, you will
   
   - Own the long-term product roadmap for FireDrops-Polygon CoE. Create and manage product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications for all Product launches of FireDrops.
   - Manage all aspects of a successful software or technology product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition
   - Serve as a key nexus between the business development, engineering, and design teams to ensure our roadmaps are on track and appropriately prioritized
   - Collaborate with business leads, product operations, marketing leads, architecture, and engineering as product inputs to assess cross-partner value, the scope of effort, usability, and priority of product features.
   - Be a thought leader in the company to influence business strategy and roadmap for all new products and enhancements.
   - Define metrics for success and analyze the user impact of product features through analytics.
   - Deliver customer value iteratively, managing products through various launch phases and follow-on releases
   - Prepare and oversee leadership communication on product/domain progress (presentations, decks, etc.)
   - Collaborate with product marketing, sales, partners, support, etc. to develop product collateral such as product descriptions, presentations, and training for a strong go-to-market and customer support plan

UI/UX Designer 2
   
   We are looking for a Product Design Manager to work side by side with a talented team of product managers, engineering leaders, business, and software developers in an agile environment to develop product concepts, define requirements and priorities, and build and launch to market. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, customer obsession, ability to influence and exceptional communication skills are essential to success in this role.*
   
   In this role, you will
   
   - Be the voice of the user. You’ll understand user needs and evangelize UX research findings across the organization.
   - Collaborate with others on our design team to establish and implement core design principles
   - Utilize ideation, wire-framing, prototyping, storytelling, concept visualization, and problem-solving skills to create effective user solutions
   - Work closely with product stakeholders to improve outcomes and push the boundaries of design.
   - Improve FireDrops’ design practice by implementing frameworks and resources, including - design systems, user research, A/B testing, tooling, and more.
   
 



   

Required Skills and Experience

APM/Product Ops
   
   - You have 1+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or an operational role that worked closely with product and engineering teams.
   - You have a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and can develop a deep understanding of a complex product and its use cases.
   - You enjoy digging deep into the data, analyzing user feedback, and using these insights to drive product improvements.
   - You have a talent for building empathy for user problems.
   - You are an awesome project and program manager with a track record of leading and proactively managing the end-to-end execution of projects/programs.
   - You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are great at explaining highly technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

PM1
   
   - 3+ years of product management experience
   - Analytical! You should be very strong at number crunching.
   - Track record of working with teams to develop products people love
   - Excellent communication, leadership and influence skills
   - Strong product intuition! Need a strong knack of what customers want.
   - Interest in using data to build user-centric platform products
   - Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, high autonomy environment
   - You have a talent for building empathy for user problems.

PM2/SPM

  - 5+ years experience as a Product Manager
   - Proven ability to deliver value in ambiguity (e.g. previous work in a startup)
   - Entrepreneurial mindset- acumen to guide our goals through roadmaps and define new product features and strategies.
   - Good communication skills to present data in ambiguous situations and be able to operate.
   - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, strong communication skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trend
   - Passion for technology platforms – proactive in understanding and developing various applications, must have used technology platforms to solve business problems.
   - Knowledge in developing elegant and simple feature functionalities which deliver a world-class user experience.

UI/UX Designer 2
   
   - Strong portfolio that demonstrates a love for simple design solutions.
   - You are fluent in modern design tools, such as Figma.
   - Demonstrated experience in wireframing, and creating screen flows and prototypes.
   - You have a strong portfolio and are fluent across the design process—from problem definition to high-fidelity design.
   - You share deep passion and expertise in at least 3 of these areas: interaction design and information architecture, visual design, working with or creating comprehensive design systems, accessibility and inclusive design, qualitative and quantitative research, service design processes and frameworks
