1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for both free and paid users.

2. Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to develop and launch effective go-to-market campaigns.

4. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, email, and webinars.

5. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

6. Analyze marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketing best practices to inform marketing strategy and tactics.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media to expand the reach of Hashnode.

9. Manage marketing budgets and ensure a high return on investment for marketing initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry or a developer-focused company.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  ‍
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  ‍
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  ‍
• Proficient in various marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and advertising platforms.

• Experience in content marketing, SEO, social media, and performance marketing.
  ‍
• Knowledge of the developer and technology communities is a plus.
