Your Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy & roadmap
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape
  • Analyze important metrics and statistics e.g MRR, NPS, churn
  • Do backlog prioritization
  • Be the voice of the customer's needs
  • Improve Product Experience
  • Communicate product plans to the leadership team, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Annual and quarterly OKR planning
  • Collaborate across all the business functions e.g engineering, marketing, sales
  • Think big, pitch new product ideas
  • Be the bar raiser for product experience
  • Recruit, lead and develop a team of Product Managers

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in any product management role.
  • an experience in creating a product strategy
  • an experience in delivering customer value by involving in all the steps from idea, and development to user adoption
  • a polymath mindset - have an understanding of engineering, design, sales, and marketing
  • built and launched products resulting in multi-million dollars revenue
  • an ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints
  • experience in coming up with a well-structured, data-informed product pitch
  • proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in a constructive manner
  • proven experience of demonstrated servant-based leadership
  • an excellent communication skills & problem-solving aptitude
  • an ability of creative thinking
  • an attitude of Getting Things Done
  • an entrepreneurial spirit
  • a long term mindset
