Build & own long term vision, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, market & domain research, GTM to deliver significant business impact and customer delight
Work with a team of Data Scientists, Engineers & Analysts to help build the next-gen Loyalty tech platform that unlocks long term value
Collaborate with other product teams across the org to ideate and find win-win-win solutions on common objectives’ across Growth, Unit economics and Customer experience.
Lead and nurture a team of junior PMs to design and build core product offerings that consumers (customers, restaurants and Delivery partners) love, in the Loyalty and Subscription charter for Swiggy consumer apps. Train them to write high quality documents (like One-pagers, Mock-ups, PR/FAQ, Accepted consumer beliefs-Desired consumer beliefs, PRDs etc.)
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 8 years of work experience in Product Management with extensive experience in user research, consumer backward thinking, design thinking and building non-functional consumer experiences in commerce platforms.
Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on with a strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others
Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality data products in B2C products in large internet company impacting millions of users
You are consumer obsessed, but you can walk a tightrope balancing consumer delight with potentially orthogonal org goals
Well versed with running experiments & is considered an expert in analyzing data, showcasing a deep understanding of the 360 degree interaction effects and potential long term impacts, has the ability to cull out the unknowns and hedge against them.
Ability to lead a high performing team of data science, analytics, engineering, technology and business folks.
You have demonstrated experience in working across multiple products, various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes. You thrive in managing a charter with big impact & multiple intersections in a large org.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Highly customer-obsessed thinking with a deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations.
