Your Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market trends. Identify market opportunities and potential areas for product innovation. Define the product roadmap, outlining the features, enhancements, and improvements to be prioritized over time.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and behaviours.

- Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.

- Monitor competitor products and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a unified product strategy.

- Prioritize and communicate product requirements to the development team, providing clear specifications and user stories.

- Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Define and prioritize features and improvements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

- Break down complex projects into actionable tasks, create timelines, and set milestones.

- Continuously update and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders, both internal and external.

- Regularly review the progress of development and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.

- Make tough prioritization decisions when unexpected challenges arise.

- Set clear product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product.

- Monitor and analyze data to understand how users are interacting with the product and identify areas for improvement.

- Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, market changes, and emerging technologies.

- Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency to enhance the product's performance and user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

3-4 Year of Experience in the Product Management

(prefer consumer electronic or appliance or mobile industry only)
